Experiências e aprendizagens de minha formação docente.

Abstract

This work aims to present the experiences of supervised curricular internships in school management, early childhood education, and the initial years of elementary school, carried out in public educational institutions. It addresses the functioning of these institutions, reporting and analyzing the results of observations regarding the physical structure, the functioning of the management team, teaching work, learning processes, interpersonal relationships, among others. It presents a theoretical framework that provides an important interweaving for understanding school management and teaching activities. It describes and analyzes the experience in the school management internship, with studies on the duties, activities, and challenges of the school manager. It continues by addressing the experience in early childhood education, highlighting the work with Afro-Brazilian children's literature. It also systematizes the internship carried out in a 1st-grade elementary school class, with teaching activities in Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Geography, Natural Sciences, and Art. These experiences strengthened convictions of a critical education, designed for and with children, with diverse possibilities for them to learn.
